Crystals like us are 'pure energy', in a structured form: they are beings of light created with the assistance of our grandfathers (sun and sky ) and our grandmothers (earth and moon), created in the loving womb of our earth mother. Crystals come in many different shapes, sizes, colors and vibrations. They are here to assist us in deepening ourselves to the pure healing and transformation vibrations. Crystals are here to assist us remove and get rid of the old ways to open up opportunities for new beginnings. Crystals are alive and like us are attuned to grandmother moon and the water element. Crystals are approximately 75-80% water. Some crystals are toxic; some are heat-light and/or water sensitive. Crystals will choose you when they know you are ready. Crystals connect to us when there is an element in one or more of our bodies that needs healing. When we talk about bodies we actually have four bodies; the spiritual body, the emotional body, the mental body and the physical body. Quite often blockages in some of these bodies are difficult to detect especially if the block is deep within the soul. Our p hysical body encompasses all your body from the tissues, skeletal, organs, veins, blood and ligaments Our emotional body is how we process the world, whether it's through our tears, our nervous system, our feelings, our reactions, our sensitivities to certain situations and people Our spiritual body is our interconnection to all things whether it be; the universe, yourself, your spiritual guides, the Angels, the Creator, God/Goddess or your higher self. Our mental body is our thoughts, our views, our clarity, our attitudes, our judgements and how we understand the world around us.
