Returns and Refunds Policy

Feel free to read the following before you choose to purchase any of our items.

Returns Policy:

As per the Refunds and Returns Policy under the Australian Consumer Law. 

"We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it • is unsafe or is significantly different from the sample or description. Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt"

All our sizes and measurements are measured to the best of our ability and may vary according to the tools used or the crystal complex dimensions.

If any items have been damaged in transit, once you have received them we do require a photo emailed to us of the damaged items. We will provide a full refund to compensate or offer an item of similar value. As some items are unique we may not be able to provide the exact same item as the damaged one. Email us via our contact page for any issues you may experience regarding your delivery.

Choose your items carefully to ensure the items are the right ones for you.

All items will be provided with a tracking number and the receiving of the items are the responsibility of the receiver. 

For example, If you choose to have your items left securely in a safe place when you aren't home as I understand this may be an option for some, we do not take responsibility for an item that is not received if Australia Post has advised you, your item has been delivered.

You can then contact Australia Post who will send you a picture of the delivery.
