As we are all beings of energy and from the same source, it is an amazing experience to connect into the crystals and their devas. Tuning into the energy or deva of a crystal is a beautiful way to join your energies as you become one and the same.

**Remember to always work with cleansed and energised beings.

It's best if you can allow yourself around 20 minutes where you don't need to rush off anywhere or will be interupted during this beautiful process.

Ensuring to create a nice quiet space and you can start by playing some nice relaxing music and be present in the moment.

Tuning in through mindfulness

Now lets begin:

• Getting yourself comfortable by either laying down or sitting up.
• Placing your crystal with your right hand on your heart chakra or third eye chakra.
• Slowly closing your eyes and focus on your breath. On your in breath and your out breath.
• Begin to bring your consious awareness into a space of pure gratitude and peace.
• Breath in and out nice and gently and at your own pace.
• Bringing your awareness and visualise the golden sun energy, picture the magical golden energising light from the sun.
• Breathing down a beautiful radiant golden ray of light from the sun down and down to the top of your head into your crown chakra.
• Breath this ray of light through your body into every cell, every muscle and every bone into your body.
• Breathing this ray of light down and down all the way to your feet and anchoring the light from your feet into the sacred heart beat of mother earth.
• Breathing into this energizing light for a few moments as you start to connect.
• Breathe, breathe, relax, letting go of any thoughts that may pop into your mind.
• Mother earth, our sacred earth mother, begins to send her loving, healing energy up and up to your feet.
• You can feel the energy being wrapped around your feet like an anchor.
• You feel safe.
• You feel supported.
• Now send this beautiful energy from mother earth up through your body and the energy down from the sun into your being as the two energies meet together in the center of your being into your heart chakra.
• Breathe in and out nice and slowly, feeling loved, feeling supported.
• Breathing this ray of healing light from your heart down your arm and into your crystal.
• Feeling the connection of your crystal as the energy starts to vibrate in your hand.
• You may feel your crystal vibrate, you may feel heat or cold, you may just have a knowing.
• There is no right way, it's really all about intention.
• Breathing in and out as you start to connect into the crystaline energy.
• Calling upon your beings of light; the angels, your spirit guides, the universe, your highest power, whoever you call upon is perfect.
• It's ok if you are unable to see images or visions as having a knowing is perfect.
• Now what is it you would like your crystal friend to assist you with? Is there any aspects in your life you need guidance or clarification?
• Be open to receive any guidance or messages.
• Trust in what you receive.
• Thank your crystal and beings of light for their assistance.
• Once you have received your message or guidance, start by bringing yourself back into the present moment, in the room you are in.
• Start to wriggle your fingers and toes and very slowly start to open your eyes.
• Breathing back into your physical body, bringing your awareness back into the here and now.
• You may also choose to have a glass of water to ground your energy back.
• Writing down any messages you received.
