I want you to feel confident and joyful with every purchase from Crystal Earth Spirit Healer.
Before you shop, please take a moment to understand my policy:
Returns & Refunds: Your satisfaction is important to me. As per Australian Consumer Law, I offer a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem – for instance, if it's noticeably different from its description, or has a significant fault (perhaps due to damage during transit) that would have made you reconsider your purchase.
Just a friendly reminder that I am not obligated to offer a refund for a simple change of mind. Please always hold onto your proof of purchase, like your receipt.
Product Details: I take great care in measuring and describing all my items. Please understand that due to the unique nature of crystals and the tools used, sizes and measurements are approximate and may have slight variations.
Damaged in Transit: If your precious items arrive damaged, please email me a photo of the damage as soon as you receive them via my contact page. I will promptly arrange a full refund or offer a replacement of similar value. As some pieces are one-of-a-kind, an exact replacement may not always be possible.
Shipping & Delivery: All orders come with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey. Please be aware that once Australia Post confirms delivery, the responsibility for receiving the items lies with the receiver. For instance, if you've opted for "safe drop," I cannot take responsibility for items Australia Post has confirmed as delivered. In such cases, Australia Post can provide you with a delivery photo directly.
I encourage you to choose your items mindfully to ensure they're perfect for you.
