Location: Base of your spine and down your legs.

Location: Below the belly button

  • Shyness
  • Over indulging
  • Resentfulness
  • Guilt.


Solar Plexus Chakra

Colour activation: Yellow

Location: Above the belly button

  • Inspiration
  • Sensitivity
  • Self-esteem
  • Self confidence
  • Sluggish or over sensitive digestive system
  • Depression
  • Self doubt
  • Sadness, fear or worry of change, nervousness and stress.


Heart Chakra

Colour activation: Pink/Green

Location: Centre of your sternum-centre of your chest directly over your heart

  • The ability to heal self and others

  • Fear


Third eye Chakra

Location: Above the nose and in between the eye brows

Crown Chakra

Location: Crown on your head

Relates to:
